i loved the cart service across the resort it made getting around with my luggage super easy. the food was very nice with many cuisines available. the beach was huge and beautiful it even had a private section !

the reception staff didn't seem to know the safe's passcode it was a bit frustrating to deal with during check-in.

the housekeeping team especially samuel, ramesh, and bailing gave prompt service i really needed . they were thoughtful and quick when i asked for a baby cot it was so fast i really appreciated the attention.

The staff were available and serving me on just one call! Room service was prompt. The pre-decorations of our room were beautiful, as I was staying with my wife.

I found little black frogs jumping around in our room one night. The maintenance of the room was not good. I noticed wood chips and countertops were slightly damaged.

i stayed in a supreme partial sea view room contactless check available the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the hotel has multiple restaurants i tried the indian restaurant and the food was delicious the swimming pool is large and well maintained it has a separate area for kids.
